Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Estimating & Cost Management

Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents for residential and commercial projects. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and the project team on cost control.

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 1–3 years experience in construction or interior fit-out
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
  • Good understanding of local construction rates

Site Supervisor

Site Operations

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with subcontractors, and report progress to the project manager. Responsible for safety compliance on site.

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years site supervision experience
  • Knowledge of M&E, tiling, carpentry, and plastering works
  • Valid driving licence (B2 / D)

Interior Designer

Design Studio

Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. Produce 3D visualisations, working drawings, and material/finish schedules. Present designs to clients and manage design revisions.

  • Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop / Enscape
  • Strong portfolio of residential and / or commercial projects
  • Good communication and client-facing skills

Project Manager

Project Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of renovation and fit-out projects. Manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships from kick-off through handover.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years project management experience in construction
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Drafter / AutoCAD Technician

Design & Technical

Produce accurate construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD. Work closely with designers and site teams to translate design intent into buildable technical documentation.

  • Diploma in Architecture, Civil, or Interior Design
  • Minimum 1 year drafting experience in construction or ID
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; 3D experience is a bonus
  • Detail-oriented with good spatial understanding
Contract / Part-Time

Site Worker / Skilled Trades

Site Operations

Join our site team as a skilled tradesperson — carpenters, tilers, painters, plasterers, and electricians welcome. Project-based and long-term opportunities available depending on experience.

  • Proven experience in your trade
